My experience started with kozco, with salesman hayden, i’d callen up due to feeling like i was pressured into a bad system with another company, hayden confirmed my concerns. After 3 hours at my house from 6:30pm on a thursday night, we had near signed on to a kozsco install and for a few thousand $$ extra was going to get not just a 13kw battery but extra 6.6kw of solar as well opposed to the 10kw battery only the other company offered.A week of research i had changed my mind on which system i wanted, and i put the system infront of hayden to look into and see if they could install for me as i was much happier with the product, hayden obliged without pushing specific products, which was much more welcoming than the pushy salesman from the other company and with a quote around the same figures i was happy to take it on and get it installedMy experience with kozco, and hayden specifically has been amazing, i am happy with the product, the install, and i now have no bills and the retailers are paying me! Definitely recommend kozco to anyone looking to add battery and solar to your house!

Just had the best experience.Harry from 1komma5 came out and sorted everything. Firstly, the quote was thousands less than others had quoted, by roughly 4000. Super laid back and no pushy sale crap, others have come out and been really invasive with the questions and information they want and been quite pushy with the follow up calls, some even tried using guilt tactics. Everything was extremely easy and explained perfectly. Installation was quick, not only that i didn't have to wait months for installation to happen, literally took a week and half. They Boys who installed were great also.I'll recommend them to anyone, I investigated with 4 other companies before these guys and just hated the experience, Harry came out and I was ready to go with them in about 20 minutes. Highly, highly recommend.Thanks so much guys

Great experience, big shout out to Hayden for really pulling out all the stops and getting me setup with a Solar system I couldn't be happier with. Few months down the line and system is running without fault, installers were incredibly professional and made sure the panels were in the best possible position. A big ask, especially with my small roof, but they still managed to get a 6.6kw system up there.Would recommend any day of the week, if you're on the fence about Solar, Kozco is a safe bet.

The customer service has also been prompt when the fuse needed to be replaced for the oven to start working again. We had Kozco Energy Group installed a 6.6KW Akcome Solar System with a GoodWe 5KW inverter in April 2024. The whole process from sales (Ben Norton) to installing by the professional team of installers of Kozco have been fantastic. The whole system is working really well with our Tesla battery. We recently had solar system and battery installed and are very happy with the process and outcome. Harry took the time to come out to our house, to look around and sat down with us and explained the best system for our home and answer our questions. Three other companies I approached for quotes only offered over the phone meetings which made it difficult to really understand the whole process. The personal touch was very important in making a decision on this substantial investment and therefore we felt comfortable going with Koczo. Harry was always prompt in replying to further questions. Tom and his team arrived on time, installation was professionally handled and in a timely manner and left the premises clean and tidy. Tom also gave us a run through on completion and showed us the app.We would definitely recommend Harry and the Kozco team.

I was contacted by Ben Norton the day after I made an online enquiry with Kozco, which was much sooner than I expected. Ben was very accommodating and had infinite patience for the many questions I had. I felt reassured by his product knowledge and the personalised service. Whilst these systems can be quite pricey, after speaking with Ben I had a clear understanding of the financial benefits in the long term, especially with investing in a quality product. Ben followed up every enquiry promptly and kept in touch throughout the process. Installation was within a month, moreso impressive as this period incorporate the Christmas and New Year periods and was a quick and efficient process.The installers were on time and very professional. In the space of one day they removed 2 x other older solar systems from our roof and 2 x inverters and installed our new system. By the end of the day it was up and running.Monitoring the system via Sungrow's handy iSolarCould app has been convenient and very easy. In addition to designing a great system to meet our needs, Ben also provided handy tips to maximise efficiency with minor changes to our household habits. Very happy with our system, Ben and Kozco - highly recommend them.

Installation of solar and air conditioning systems (as well as general electrical work) completed in quick time, with organised and friendly tradespeople. We had some issues with getting a response when the air conditioner stopped working within the warranty period- once a Kozco manager became involved it was resolved quickly.

The team at Kozco were excellent. They did not over promise and delivered on all their commitments. We installed a large solar system with battery storage. We have had it for 18 months now and it continues to work exceptionally well. After 6 months we had a big weather storm during which one of the panels was damaged by a falling branch. Kozco were very efficient in working with our insurers to replace the damaged panel.I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody wishing to install a domestic solar energy solution.
